Hoover in the US has come up with Bigger side scoops (1" wider) than the M400.

They will be in Carbon.

Any interested, if so we should start a list. Waiting on price.

£270, shipping will be £30 ish plus maybe £60 import tax so about £360ish.

Not terrible but not a bargain, why don't we all chip in for a pair and get copy's made here for half the price. wink

why not just mod the m400 ones? or is the point that they are carbon? Could get them made here cheaper than that!

I have looked at making some but to be honest they are a very complex shape with a returned front edge , bloody difficult to make and knowing what work goes into them I think Hovers price is very fair .

I am interested in buying any type of side scoop!

If someone has to sell a couple of originals and hopefully cheaper I am happy!

Just had a quote for the M400 scoops unpainted they are £256 for the pair inc Vat.

So 300-350 for carbon and bigger doesn't seem that bad.

I plan to design some new style of carbon scoops for my car... Im thinking something very different to the M400 ones, along the likes of the new Lambo.

not interested in copying... if I liked the design I would simply buy a set... its when I want something that know-one else has done or sells that I start making my own lol

Reserving my final judgment for later but dont you think that Lambo angular shape are not a good match with the round design of the noble?

Seems to be a common theme lately on spare parts that they are on a steady, and significant upward trend, be it these, manifolds or anything else. A worrying trend for us all as I've said on here before as this is the sort of thing that can really hurt residuals.

Post them up if you can - I for one might be interested as even with shipping seems reasonable.

I got mine direct from Noble, before they stopped selling direct. I am guessing it has more to do with dealer mark up and batch production/ exchange rates etc.
I did remember having to pay over £60 for the grills for the side pods...not exactly cheap then either.
