Circuito del Jarama, Madrid, Spain

Has anyone done are is planning a track day on this circuit which is just North of Madrid ?

never done one there, but I think there are a couple of local car clubs that arrange days, have you called the circuit as they will know.

The circuit website doesn't list any trackdays, only driver training.
Looks like you can spend the day out on circuit in your own car with an instructor but the cost is 500 Euros.

I visited last weekend to watch the motor racing (Caterham 7s,GTs etc). Looked like it could be a nice circuit to drive and I was surprized to turn up and find it was free to get in for spectators. Would be interested in doing a few laps to see what it is like to drive if there was a cheaper option, half day/session etc.

We looked at Jarama for our first Iberian trip, but there's a 90dB noise limit (0.5m from exhaust at 45°) which ruled out our Caterham rental cars, and hence made it not viable unfortunately.
