It would also get very dull having to wait 30mins every time to want to start it to get the oil/coolant pre warmed, and the fact you'd need a suitable gearbox (with >15k rpm input speed capability) and then it will wear out in about 5mins, and you won't be able to get any parts for it etc.

F1 engine are perfect in F1 cars, but completely pointless anywhere else ;-)

Having stood right next to F1 engines being warmed up at Goodwood and heard/felt just how devastatingly, violently loud they are I can't imagine you'd get away with it for long. Just imagine it mid-mounted in an Issigonis Mini though, it would be legendary.
