Good weekend so far ....

Friday morning straight from finishing a night shift take the impreza in for its mot, no issues and flys through, get home and as the Griff is in for its test this morning decide to give it a once over, all seems good so early first thing dragged it out in the pouring rain for the first time since last October and trundle off to my chosen man...... God does if feel wiered being behind the wheel of the grumpy girl again, but after a mile or two she becomes happier and things smooth out, gear changes flow and the ride becomes less choppy ..... on the ramp and things look good, my spraying the chassis in acf50 has kept it in fine shape, still no worrying signs visible .... tester has other tivs in and knows what's what, failed a chim on chassis rot the other week so is well aware of the shortcomings of these cars, gas test next and problems ...... co and hc fine but lambda not playing ball, too high, tried blocking one exhaust to cause some backpressure which can help, but didn't drop it enough, so full test it is which has higher limits, and happily this time all goes green on the screen and another pass it is ..... leave the garage sun not quite out but rain stopped as some sort of celebration and another year of Griff grins it is !

Just insurance for both to sort by the end of the month and alls good ...... I hate May, too expensive !!
