Hello all - thought this seemed to be the right place to ask.

We've got the Doom collectors edition networked at work, but on the multiplayer games we always seem to start at the same point - which seems to defeat the point. Is there an option you can change when you set up the game to 'scatter' the players?

Cheers

IIRC, If you select "Co-operative" play, you all start in the same location. Choose "Deathmatch" and you all start in different locations.....

I've sorted it now thanks - the problem was that 4 people were playing but only 3 had ticked the deathmatch box.

Whats the maximum number for a network game? Is it still 4 as per the original or have they upped it?

Also do you need a CD per player We've 40+ brand spanking new Dell desktop machines sat at work doing nothing at the moment
