BMW Warranty Help

Does anyone on here know the difference between:
BMW Approved Used Car Warranty
BMW Extended Warranty (when you buy a BMW privately and put the warranty on it)
This is the one sub-contracted to Mondial.
These two are the same and are actually insurance policies. It's worth noting though that if there is an issue with the car within a reasonable timeframe then you have recourse with the dealer in addition to the insurance policy.BMW Approved Used Car Warranty
BMW Extended Warranty (when you buy a BMW privately and put the warranty on it)

I think EU legislation mandates a vehicle warranty for the first year. The Mondial insurance effectively performs this function and acts as the warranty from the purchasers perspective

New BMW Warranty (just for completeleness)
Thanks very much :-)
This is an actual warranty from BMW and will cover more. Thanks very much :-)
AUC and Extended Warranty are similar. Extended warranty may require an excess.
Will cover all major stuff, but not trim. They require servicing to be done at BMW dealerships.
BMW Warranty (from new) will cover everything. Does not require servicing to be done at BMW dealerships due to EU block exemption or some such.
I think that's correct.
