Well finally did it yesterday ... alone. Was a bit of a hassle but came through at 2,5-3 hrs! Drove home and saw the end of the Chelski-Bayern match afterwards... exitingeek

The car now sounds like judgement day itself, pops and bang like crazy when blipping the throttle ears
Couldnt notice any increase in performance, maybe ill need a new chip to accomplish that... will ask TVR Power...

Next mod: Cutting of 1,5 cm of my trumpets? Whada u recon?

You could go for the ACT carbon trumpets or The short flared aluminum trumpets..They make a bit of difference but if you need more power you should of gone for the 4.5 or 5l.

I drove your car ,goes very well ,nice and smooth ,no shunting ,but mine is million miles from yours ,different animal.!

i would get rid of the induction side and fit the large K@N airfilter and the full ACT induction kit with the smooth bore elbow..

If you have already sleeved your exhaust and fitted the Y piece you may be loosing power .

I went down the same route has you and endeed up re fitting the standard exhaust and leaving the ACT y piece to make the nice noise.

I have the smooth elbow and a kn filter in the front... Maybe cam, heads and 4,5 crank later then smile

Backbox isnt sleeved anymore... Just fewer holes in the two pipes inside it (not perforated)

I like your car ! it`s unmolested, drives a dream ,loved it when it smoothly cruised at 20mph in fourth.

Subtle upgrades will make it breathe better but you will need to spend loads of money to make a real difference.
