Safe PH purchasing

There's an item I'm tempted by on here (£200). Is there a way to make a transaction safe? Item is too far to collect, and I dont know the seller.

- Ask for an invoice with an address and contact telephone number stating the item they will recieve and amount you are paying

- As for tracking number from the courier company

- Pay via Paypal as Goods or via your bank through BACS.

Buying as paypal goods is the best way for comeback as a buyer.
