Hi, forgot the oil type (5w30 iirc, but not sure) I need to buy and haven't got the book nearby

2005 reg.
google doesn't seem to be able to produce a definite answer.

Can the mods leave it in this section please and let it just die once the answer has been provided? am looking for an answer now rather than next week maybe
