Help me recommend a driving sim and cockpit for client

A client of mine wants a driving sim, games machine and cockpit / wheel,peddle, seat arrangement.

I have a PS3 and a logitec wheel/peddle combo so can only really talk about that.

What is out there, must be fold-able but other than that everything is open.

What kind of budget? I got a Fanatec gt2 clubsport package last week and it is uh-mazing, but if he can go for more the CSR Elite looks good, or send him off to ECCI or Frex for big buck wheels
