Morning everyone,

I've been offered a road-registered Honda ATC250 cheaply enough to pique my curiosity and gather they are classed as agricultural, and tax and mot exempt? I also assume they are classed as a car, but where does one go to insure one and how much would I be roughly looking at paying (being 20 years old, driving since 2009 with no claims). Im trying to work out whether the fun and nippiness of a trike is going to work out more or less expensive in the long run than using the much less economical Land Rover as a daily drive

This.

Even less stable than a quad bike.

Perhaps I should have added in the OP - I did a LOT of quad biking in my younger days, had quite powerful quads and only had 1 (small) accident in 10 years, so I am aware of the care with which 3 and 4-wheeled machines need to be handled and ridden, and the correct techniques for cornering etc
