my first propper bbq

right i bought a webber 57cm last year and never managed to use it

Anyway my plan is next weekend to do a bbq for 4 adults and i was wanting almost a step by step guide for what to do as really ive never tried more than saussages and burgers on a gas bbq before


can anyone help with what to do i thought ribs and something else but not sure what else

Did ribs on Sunday for the first time; twas easy (had a good read of the bbq thread which was full of sage advice)
