I was out in the car last night taking advantage of the sun.

My tyres cr500 the pressures I have in them are currently 18psi for track and I wondered what the ideal road pressures are?

I think generally people run a couple of psi higher as they tend to run cooler on the road. But it's not critical, go for the feel you like and look for even wear across the tyre and you won't be far wrong.

I set my cold road temperatures to the same pressure as my favourite hot track pressures.

i.e. track: Cold 19/18, Hot 22/22
road: Cold 22/22
