I followed the vehicle in the photo for approx 5miles before it turned off (waiting at junction to turn right where I took the photo)

10 stars for the person who guesses why I took the pic!

So that you can show that your dash is dusty enough to write a cricket score on?

Carrying 2 children neither of which are in a child seat, and one which doesn't even have a seatbelt whilst sitting on the centre tunnel. Dread to think what would happen in a head on crash.

Spot on! there was a police car waiting at traffic lights we passed just after I caught up with the Audi and the two young girls being passengered both ducked down to hide!

(Indeed a very dusty dash in my work van and the numbers are a mileage note)

Waits for the inevitable

"I used to sit on the transmission tunnel with no seatbelt in my dads car 30 years ago and wasnt killed, so what is all the fuss about."

I can remember being in my dads mk2 escort estate when I was about 10 ish. Either it didnt have seatbelts or we didnt use them.

Every time he had to brake hard he used to put is arm across the front of me to ensure I didnt fall forward.

Crazy when I think about it now really, but we thought nothing of it then.

Pretty obvious whats happened here. Look at the head heights of the two passengers. Daddy has been and bought a flashy car, gone to his ex's house to have the kids for the weekend and the penny still hasn't dropped by this point.
