205 rear beam refurb Essex/London orders?

Is there anyone or knows any where that is able to supply a referb for a 205 GTI.

Mine has been lowered in the past. I had a mechanic look to raise it however, one of the torsion bars are stuck fast.

Looking for a refurbished one to replace.
