Just had mine done under the original warranty in March Don, but I note that this does not apply to you. My issues were around the door handle and keyhole.

Have got this on the front wings where the chrome meets the bodywork. Had the opportunity to go on a factory tour so got AM customer services to have a look at it. On mine its not corrosion. Its classed as a pain defect. Paint defects are ONLY covered for 3 years, not 10 as per the anti corrosion warranty. As most of the bodywork is not metal (composite), most of the body is therefore not covered by anti corrosion warranty.
Neil1300 is correct . Contact Aston and tell them you are very unhappy and negotiations will begin, don't get fibbed off with a 40 pc offer or similar , stick it out and hopefully they will cover the full cost , especially if you can show the car has full Aston service history etc .

That stinks.I've just read the two threads referenced by Jockman and Gibberesh. It looks clear to me that there was a problem in the manufacturing process.
I shall be pushing for Aston to take responsibility for this.
Paintwork that only lasts for 3 or 4 years is clearly not fit for purpose these days.

touch jockmans' head....but no problem with mine at all , since i had my warrenty work done....my problem was around the fuel filler cap....Aston paid for the whole repair....even though the so called approved Aston body shop sprayed it the wrong colour....but all's well that ended well...i mean....just look at her..!!!!
