Battery connectors

Hello,
maybe the title isn't clear enough but i don't know how to say it in english (poor french guy !).
I know that it does exist some leads / connector that allow to start the car using the battery of an another car running.
Two wires (red and black) with on the other side a grey plastic holder.
Does it exist for a cerbera (i own a 4.5 from 2001) ?
Cause, i know the secret entrance to open the doors finally and open the front boot.
But, if you're car is simply stucked because of a flat battery, it would be better for me to have these kind of wires and start my car.
More efficient, and faster !

You could run the connector to the boot or to the nose or up to near the windscreen wiper arms.
