Fan inside T350 not working!

As per title. The fan inside car has stopped working. When I turn the knob, the led's alter to what ever position I set it to. But nothing blows out. I also have a warning show up, telling me, 'System Fault' 136 Heater Flap!
If it's a fuse. Can someone tell me where I find the fuse panel and what fuse it is.
Obviously if it's not a fuse. Where do I go from here?
