What is it worth? Retro mtb content

Hi,

I've found an old stump jumper from late 80's / early 90's.

Good bits are Shimano Xt everything and pace forks. Wheels are cheap replacements however. Overall condition a bit tired and tatty but ultimately sound.

How much should I offer the owner? What is a fair price?

Plan would be to rebuild it to single speed selling off the XT bits I don't need. So want something light and strong.

Thanks. Will take a look once I can get passed their Registration process. Is it just me being useless or does anyone else find it impossible to enter the confirmation codes correctly? Grrrhhh...
