A glorious sunny evening at KH - warm too! Most of the banter on this is on the TS forum, but for the PH crowd who maybe weren't aware - you missed a fabulous session driving. So if anyone else wants to share pics and comments on PH, here's a place to put them.

Next session that I know if will be the SIDC one on Saturday June 9.

I'll start with a few in-car videos.

And there were NO elises out! Where have they all gone? But maybe half a dozen MX5s plus a few MGs so a slightly different car mix to most of the sessions.

First time out for me, I was a little nervous/anxious but thoroughly enjoyed myself - despite being passed by just about everyone!

I'll certainly try to get out again soon.

I assume the weather is always like that.......

I may have had the oldest car on track, in the in old Audi 90 quattro again, drove 180 miles there, did nearly 60 laps, introduced two more folk to track days, destroyed a set of tyres, changed wheels, drove home. And all on a tank and a quarter of fuel!

Six times at knockhill now and this was the first time it hasnt chucked it down, sunshine by the bucketload, what a day! Fantastic weather, very good standard of driving and one MX5 kissed the tyres driver and passenger were OK. A good fun day out, any other PHers there?

Usually loads of photographers so i told wife to not take camera and sods law, no pictures of my car at all... heyho. If there is anything of my car pictures would be welcome smile

TVROLET, never saw you in the car park, car goes well, very well, guessing your going to be sub 60 anyway, what sort of laptimes were you puting in?

I take it you've had a scan through the pix on the TrackScotland site in the 'Events' section and nothing there?

Car was in car park a fair bit - I had 5 fuel stops eek.

Not that I'd know times from a track day, but if I did have a data-logger that was capable of recording times then I'd suppose it might say mostly mid 58s for the 'quicker' clear laps with a 58.01 as the best ever for me. I've never managed to break the elusive 57 barrier - the car is more than capable but I haven't got whatever it takes to go just that wee bit quicker. I'll keep trying - maybe the next time if it's dry and I've grown some...
