After deciding against overpriced diesels for my 10K miles/yr I am now looking at small capacity petrol turbo's, but can't find much around for a driver focused one...

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Not many around these days that are performance orientated rather than economy biased. Polo gti, Astra/corsa and a Peugeot of some sort have the 1.6 turbo I think? What about a mini cooper S?

The Corsa VXR? That's the engine Westfield use in their Sport Turbo I believe.

Come to think of it....

I presume you are blind then..

rcz, 207 gti, jcw, cooper s, 1.4 fabia vrs , 1.4 fabia gti

fiat 500 abarth, Citröen DS3, audi a1 quattro (lhd), Citroën DS3 racing, MiTo GTA (possible), corsa vxr..

this is probablt the best time for small capacity turbos in all car history or maybe weait for the new 1.5 turbo mx5.

Colt CZT would be my choice, in red or silver and totally standard externally. A fun sleeper and much better to pedal than they look like they will be.

I might be barking up the wrong tree here, as I will be doing longer runs. Thses little cars are not much cop on the motorway are they?
