Painting Caterham 8 Spokes

Hi all, looking for any recommendations for wheel painting? I want to get some Caterham 13' 8 spokes painted up in black. Proximity to Cambridge / Newmarket is a bonus but not that important. And they are for a race car so don't need a gold-plated service
