As the mighty mirca is coming towards its end I need look at a replacement. I also want something i can run on biofuel

So Needs to be
1 Cheap to run so low insurance, depreciation etc
2 Run on bio diesel Not all diesels can run on 100% bio
3 easy to find as i can't be arsed traveling to get a new domestic appliance
4 Reliable as i can't be arsed fixing stuff.
5 No more then a few grand to buy

Would be nice

2 Digital radio

A VAG diesel engined car, pre 'PD', so I think a mid to late 90's 1.9 unit. You'll get a tidy Audi A4 B5 for about two grand, plus it'll go on forever if you caress it with an occasional service.

I think it's all to do with the fuel pump. There is a thread hidden in the bowels of PH which contains all you need to know. Finding it with the search function is another matter entirely!
