Battery only holding 10v

Hi All

Probably a daft question...but I assume if the accumate indicates that the battery is fully charged at 10v, confirmed with the multimeter, that the battery is kaput and it's not the accumate that's at fault?

I think this is the cause of my little visit from the orange van, that and the fact that the ecu relay is hanging on with rust and good luck:
