Waved down an old couple down in Haslemere, who were oblivious to their completely flat tyre on their merc. "oh we did wonder what that noise was" !!

Ended up changing it for them as it is baking hot and they would have been there for ages waiting for the RAC etc. Quite a clever little ratchet jack actually.

Now sweating like a pig!

ETA Joking apart well done. Most people wouldn't. Especially as this time of year old people die in hot cars. Or is it dogs, I always confuse the two?

Well done OP. I once stopped to help 2 fit girls who had a puncture. Unfortunately I didn't have the car, and thus no wheel brace, and neither did they.
