Idiots guide to cerbera door sag

Need some more help on trying to correct a sagging door on my Cerbera.
From what I can see there is a bolt that goes up with three nuts on it. The nuts are either side of the top and bottom hinge. Am I doing something wrong here but I am losening the nuts and trying the pull to end of the door up and then tighten the nuts back up. Doesnt seem to be helping. Anybody know what I am doing right/wrong here?!!
