Hello All,

Does anyone know the below GT3 RS 997 Gen1 – reg. number KV07 ETG

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3889529.htm

I’ve been over to see it, put a bid in for it and ultimately want to negotiate to a deal (looks like it needs rear tyres/tax/mot etc) and want to check if anyone knows it’s history?

Thanks,

James

How about the one up for £65k? Seems like a bargain.

It just shows how dangerous it is to comment on cars from nice pictures on the internet.

Inspect properly, either yourself, if you know what you are doing, or if not, get a pro in!

And remember the car mentioned above which was re-shelled was for sale at an OPC!

I saw this a few months ago and it had nothing worse than a few stone chips on the nose and rear arches. The decals had suffered a bit and renewing those would have helped freshen it up, I guess that may have been done by now. I think it belonged to a chap who owned a Ferrari spares business in Essex. Well worth a look at that money.

Ahh I had no idea, must have missed that, I guess it always pays to buy from one of the 'names'. It seems awfully expensive all of a sudden!
