....well, not quite. After 6 years sitting in the garage I've decided I must get my 3000M back on the road.

I've owned the car since 2003 and used it regularly until Dec 2005 when I parked it up and then got too engrossed in kids and work.

Convinced I'd left it with the handbake released, obviously I hadn't and it was stuck fast, the first operation was to dismantle the rear brakes to get it moving.

On the hit list of immediate things to do;

1. Rebuild rear brakes
2. Ditto fronts
3. Get clutch operating - slave cylinder has leaked for years, I'm hoping a rebuild and bleed of the actuating system will sort it.
4. Get engine running - it turns but battery is U/S

I'll see if I can at least get it stopping and starting under it's own steam first, then worry about the suspension that needed re-bushing 6 years ago & then worry about an MOT!

Got to start somewhere!
