Cyclist killed at Ipley

[S10 GTA]

Just had a call from my dad, as he was passing Ipley crossroads just after a cyclist had been hit by a car. He called to check it wasn't me

From what he said, it sounds like the cyclist has died, but obviously wasn't able to get any further info

So sad. I really hope its not anybody I know.
