What colour is this interior?
Discussion
Just had a chat with someone in the know. He says he would have the exact colour shade mixed from a sample, generally by taking a small (50x50mm) excess piece of the leather from under the seat to match the colour from to restore the existing leather.
Not sure really about ordering a new gaitor though, that would be pot luck I guess for it to match perfectly.

The trouble is once you start to replace items and patch light interiors (seats/ect) it generally shows the rest of the interior in a poor light. Best to think about a full interior make over if you can. I've had it done before and the results are amazing, in the end I also replaced the full carpet set although I am kown to be quite anal about my cars

Thanks for the advice. I have just put my car for sale and want to address these areas as they are letting an otherwise nice car down. I don't think I am going to go for a full interior refresh as I need to leave something for the next owner.
I have seen new OEM gaitors for c.€175 online so if my interior is definitely linen I will buy one.
Thanks again.
