double refrshing

both home and works computers refrsh twice when I go to new asp or mystuff
it jams for a second on the first refresh then refreshes again?
been doing it the last week

I've noticed this for some time now, often just when I click Back - sometimes refreshes 3 times!

Not sure what it is. Haven't had a chance to investigate yet.

not that it matters much but if I click "Back to Forum" after a post it seems to go back in time... and I have to "F5" to get back to the present...
