Anybody know where I can exchange CAF/XAF to GBP or EUR?

Would have done it as I was flying out but all the bureau de change in the airport had closed.

American Express bureaus usually are able to exchange the obscure currencies. Alternatively, XAF is underwritten by the French treasury, so if you are going to France, french bank should exhange

Cheers, I tried the travelex at CDG but no luck. I'll be back in France soon so I'll try a bank when I'm over there.

Travelex aren't the greatest for the lesser used currencies, they've refused to change a number of currencies, including Ukrainian Hryvnia's I had, but Amex changed them no issue and I've used them ever since, apart from smaller denominations, they've changed pretty much anything I've thrown at them.
