2004 Ford Ka

One of my friends wants a car and has been offered a 2004 Ka. It's got 41K miles on it and (so I'm told) is in very good condition - it's been owned by one of her colleagues who happens to be a copper so I'm fairly sure it'll be a legit motor!

I've bought/looked at many a used car so I'm well aware of what to look for, but as I know little or nothing about Ka's, are there any know faults or problems I need to be aware off?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Rust, Rust and Rust.

Everything else is simple and cheap but rust is a biggy.
