Who does Turbo balancing (VSR) in Essex?

Hi, I've rebuilt a turbo and want to have it VSR balanced. I live in Essex so I tried Essex Turbo's but they only take on full rebuilds.
Anyone know who else does this in the Essex area?

I'd imagine most reputable turbo specialists wouldnt take on half of someone elses work.
