If you're talking about the travel destinations site then it's excellent. Security, clean showers/toilets, bar and Race Coverage (+ apparently there's 22 guys kicking a pigs bladder around a field on the Friday night?)

Great viewing of the curves just behind the site

Bit of a walk to the village, but been twice before, and returning this year.

The best man of the stag do Im going on has booked us in here.

That is all we know so far... trying to get info out him is like trying to get blood out of a stone.

Trying to work out what security is like, the facilities compared to the others, the location, etc.

I stayed there 2 yrs ago. Security was airport standard! Lol England were playing on the sat night and we had a big tv up in the beer tent. People were trying to sneak in everywhere but they weren't succeeding. The security were checking car boots on entry during the football match. And it paid off cos 2 p#55heads fell out of different cars!
Very good, clean, well maintained site. Everyone around you has paid extra to be there so neighbours are usual good too smile
Although if it's a stag due maybe they should be aware of you lol

If you don't have a wrist band you don't get in, so nobody can be invited back for a beer etc. This can only be good for security and to maintain the high standards within the site.

I wonder just how the fk he managed to book it so late in the day (got told a month ago) for 3 cars worth of pitches next to each other.

Strange.

Travel Destinations are an exceptional company to deal with and do their very best to help where they can. I wouldn't book with anyone else myself.

Agreed. I now stay at tetre rouge. £100 cheaper and the same level of security/clean loos and shower but without the marquee.
Also, get there early enough and you get a nice view from your tent of the track. From the Dunlop bridge to tetre smile

We'll be there, only heard good things and I know Audi UK use Travel Destinations to accomodate some of their invited guests which says it all really.....

Richard at TD has been an absolute star, added an extra person last week and no hassle whatsoever.....

We also have the Village on the Curves which has the advantage of viewing on the inside of the Curves, if you want to look at the standards see the Beermountain reports We also have fantastic catering.

Keep an eye out for my mates we camped next to at Porsche curves. Apparently there our 19 going this year. One has a black m6 another has a black/dark grey Aston V8 vantage. (other cars to I expect lol). Had some brilliant nights around the BBQ.
Gotta love Le mans smile
Word of warning... Le mans was meant to be a once only trip (SHMBO) 4 years on the trot now. The misses has given in!! Already planning next year too lol
Have fun smile

This is not the first time... last time I went its was Beausejour and speed chills many years ago and this is the first time I have had the chance since.
