BM Shopping and the inevitable

My son is interested in this 325 for sale, just wanted to check out with anyone who might be able to help/advise.
Within PH rules has anybody had any dealings with this company ?
AND more to the point the reg on the car and the one in the description don't come up on the DVLA quick check.
The nagging doubts have started

Personalised plate, I wouldn't worry about that per say, or its come from Ireland. Just do your homework as with any second hand car. Look at the service history and MOT's. If they wont show you them or haven't got them assume somethings amiss. Make sure YOU HPI it, dont accept that they've done one for you, that old malarky.
