Yes and No. 
In theory they are interchangable, however as in all things TVR some fit better than others as it they where custom fitted to each car so sometimes they fit perfectly and others need a bit of fettling. So obviously, if possible it's a good idea to try fitting a panel you're buying on your car.

I have a 'Surrey Roof' as supplied by the Cirrus company.
Once you fit the front section into the 'channel' at the top of the windscreen and then fold up the rear section of the roof, the Surrey Roof is tensioned up (from the inside) using twn knurled handles. This tensions the fabric so the roof is a snug fit.
The leading edge ( that fits against the windscreen surround), and the trailing edge (that fits into the collapsible section of the roof) are both formed in the correct shape so it all marries together nicely.
My Surrey roof has been tested to an excess of 100mph and had had torential rain and motorway spray thrown at it. (Germany - autobahn).
It fits perfectly and is 100% waterproof.
I will be starting its 2nd tour of Europe next week, when we head to Italy......
A well worthy investment if you tour and take luggage and need boot space.
I wouldn't be without it. The solid roof is now stored in my garage and is never used.
