Changing Coolant

Hi,

Just been searching on Blatchat but can't find a definitive thread on changing coolant on a non heatered k series Caterham. Are there any pictorial instructions on how to do this at all or in depth instructions anywhere on the Internet?

I have just done this on my K series ( no heater also ) last week when I changed out all the hoses for silicone.
It was a bit of a pig getting it fully bled, but went ahead and fitted a Tee piece on the heater by pass hose, which did help with final bleeding.
