exhaust vs bodywork

Can anyone tell me how many milimeter clearance I need around the primaries? As I switched from k-series to Duratec, I need to cut a hole in the bodywork on the right hand side.

My R400D came with 10mm at the sides and bottom. The top was about 25mm. The primaries have contacted the body at the bottom and rear so 15mm may be safer.

15mm top on mine and less on bottom, not sure how much tighter you could go as they can be a pain to get through the hole!
