Smart TVs required for Kitchen and Bedroom

As per the title really, tried AVForums but no replies there!
I need two TVs for internet, iplayer and streaming 1080p from NAS (MKV format bluray, FLAC audio mainly).
I have wired network (CAT 6) installed around the house and keen to have an ethernet socket rather than use WiFi as need to stream 1080p content from our NAS.
1st one is for our new kitchen, probably 22" would be fine here, maybe 26" if external dimensions work with the surrounding build.
2nd one is for the bedroom, probably 26" but up to 32" (if the porn would look better), nothing too intrusive wanted.
Both will be wall mounted so thin LED probably best.
Budget is £800 the pair.
