Been thinking where to take the DBS when the next round of servicing etc comes around so thought i'd drop in and see these chaps as they a my local independant.
WOW i was really impressed , i was there for at least a couple of hours , met the main men and toured there facilities.
Catering for new and older astons it was fascinating seeing the bare rebuilds going through the heritage section , they can even hand roll a new body panel using the traditional methods , never seen that at a main dealer! Thought there overall abilities looked very good , had a wander into there paint shop to see how they prep the cars - very thorough , and then onto there workshop with all the AM diagnosis equipment for a looksy, all bang up to date.
Anyway it was an eye opening experience - i suspect there are other superb independants outhere but i think i'm going to give these chaps ago soon.

They are a great bunch, always were spot on with my DB7 and did much of the cosmetic stuff on my DB9.

Might be worth organising a meet there if they're amenble, pretty easy for midlanders and even northern types to get to as they;re close to the M1.

Absolutely tons to see there as the place is vast, probably more than Works Service If any other interest, I will ask Derek and Dom about it...
