Is this a Porsche 993?

Hello. I am looking for a weekend toy. I was initially thinking of a Mustang, but this has just caught my eye.

Can anyine help with some questions?

1. The year is recorded in the ad as 1972. But this is a 993 isn't it?
2. What is with the silly spoiler? Is that after-market and could it be removed?
3. If this is a 993 and therefore air cooled, should I look eslewhere given that the air here in Dubai is hotter than hell?

Panel fit at the back looks odd, exhausts too, ride height seems very high.

Could be a rebodied older car? Interior pictures would tell more i think.

Thanks. Need some advice before picking up the phone or taking the time to go and see it. This is way out of my comfort zone so would try to get some local inspection before buying too.

It isnt a 993 in my opinion, although it may look a little like one. They look like early door handles to me...

Definitely been re bodied and messed around with, isn't that an oil filler cap behind the door, which was on the 70s cars?

It's in owsum condition, apparently. Looks like a replica, very very weird.

It's a 1972 car made to look like a 993, imo. I'd be running as quickly as possible in the opposite direction.

1972 external oil filler & doesn't have the twin sweep wiper scuttle panel of the 993.

It's a 1972 car as stated in the ad rebodied with 993 panels & a 964 wing.

I'd love to have a look around it but would I fk buy it!
