Trying to save myself a few head aches, is there a preferred location to put the temp probe? And can the pressure tube replace the existing pressure sender?
Cheers

Hi Richard, I fitted a dual oil temp/pressure gauge.

Remove sender and obtain an adapter for the pressure tube, I think I got it from Demon Twits with the gauge.

The temp sender is plumbed in just after the oil cooler so I know the oil temperature before it goes back in the engine. I was going to plumb it in before the cooler but can't remember why I made that decision silly.

Cheers Peter, so how did you plumb the temp prob? I have a take off on the sandwich plate but don't know if that's flow or return and as the prob is about an inch long it may not fit

The temp prob fits in an in line fitting that fits in the flow pipe from the sandwich plate.

Again all fittings from Demons.

Youi need to fit the Speed 6 oil filter as it's shorter.
