Heard a bit about this on the commnetarty of the Quillan - Winky Wright fight at the weekend, Wright having gone to the API Centre for a few weeks of his training camp, looked it up and thought regular posters on here might be interested.

It looks utterly fantastic - apparently many athletes from NFL, basketball, golf, tennis, MMA, rugby, soccer, even Australian Football go there for specific s&c work, even relocating during the off season to live and train there. I can see why - God, I'd love to train there!

There's an embedded video clip on the home page giving a flavour, even features Jurgen Klinsmann!

It does look smart, it is big business over there because they have so many top money sports !

If moving there for training gave you the edge for your chosen sport then you can see why it would be so popular.
