Several motorists have been done for speeding past a 'burnt out' Camera they thought wasn't working.
Appears that a particular camera was subject to some vandalism and set alight.
Unfortunately the pepretrators didn't do a good enough job and now the camera is not only still working, but pulling in more fines than ever before!

You just can't get anybody to do a proper job these days. It's quite hopeless.
