Background: when my passenger door window is fully up it sits just fine under the targa seal and when the door is opened/closed all is well.
However, the driver’s door window hits the rubber seal on closing and crushes it inwards, causing water ingress :-(. Comparing the two windows, the driver’s one rises above the window guide whereas the passenger’s stops at the same height.

So the question is: how/can I adjust the point the driver’s window stops rising to???

Ta.

According to the bible there is an adjuster half way along the door top on the outside of the glass about 1/2 inch below the rubber seal. I know this but have no idea how you actually get a screw driver on to it to actually do the adjustment, I look forward to someone posting an experience based reply for both of us.

I need to adjust mine up a little on passenger side.

You just have to rummage around in the "brush" at the top of the door, it's a Phillips screw IIRC.

I’ll have a look when it stops p***ing down, but how does this actually work in stopping the window?

EDIT: I’ve found the info in the ‘Bible’: missed it the first time I referred to the book!
