Turbo specialists?

I've got an MR2 Turbo that doesn't seem to be making full power. Rather than spend a load of money on trying to fix the wrong thing, I was wondering if there's a reasonably priced specialist in the Surrey/South area that would do a quick system diagnosis on the car and offer some advice.

Anyone hear able to make recommendations?

Universal Turbo's in Ringwood are very good. They sorted my old car out no problem
