Is this the next bubble? Similar to the 80's after the crash or early 90's then... Pop.
You cannot say these will only go one way if you do then the bubble is too late.
Could be wrong of course but when vested interest says they only go one way makes me think.

that said, if people take punt's on 348's etc then yes, they can and will loose sooner or later
