Running none runflats and insurance

Just wondering if anybody has gone from running runflats to normal tyres and whether you let your insurance company know?

If so are they likely to see this as a modification? I.e hike up premiums?

As long as you stick to the same specification/size of tyre you shouldn't have a problem,however all insurance companies vary on what's considered a modification,some will no doubt want to sting you.
