Stereo question
Discussion
Took my head-unit out today because it wasn't in there properly ( grey metal sticking out ) and managed to cock it up, accidently pulled the ariel and white and red wires to the sub out and whilst fiddling a small puff a smoke came out the back of the stereo! and now it doesn't work, bought a new one today and oddly that didn't work either.
Have checked fuses, cant see anything wrong with the visible wires, thinking maybe it's the wires that I can't see?
Anyone have any ideas, would be much appreciated.
Car is going in tomorrow anyway so I'll get Suzuki to sort it if I can't do it.
Car is doing my head in lately, pretty much all my fault to be honest though, can't fault the car.

Sounds buggered. Aftermarket headunits are very cheap nowadays, and usually result in higher sound quality if using the inbuilt amplifier.
Well it's been working fine until I decided to take it out, I don't think the problem is with the stereo as the brand new one didn't work either :/ iggysport said:
Just got back from Suzuki, it was a fuse, not sure which one as I checked quite a few of them :/
Slow puncture was a dodgy valve and air con was just a re-gas, all this for £50, can't complain : My Suzuki dealer has seriously good customer service and prices, really happy with them
